"As a single mother I really have to save up to take my children out to eat in the school holidays, it is something they rarely do and it is really appreciated. However, when the service or food is bad it is absolutely devastating.
We took a trip to London and visited your restaurant and I was so impressed. The food was delicious, the staff welcoming and the service exceptional.
Too often people write when they have a complaint but rarely bother when service is good so I just want to say thank you so much for a lovely, lovely experience."

"The jive style 50s music hits you right in the face when you stand infront to this brightly coloured diner. The menu intrigues you with the like of chilli dogs and atomic fries. If you are an American film lover and have never visited true blue American diner, then a visit is a must. When entering the neon lit diner one of the fun and upbeat staff members will shout you a greeting. If you take a seat at the bar (is recommended for best experience), someone will run over smiling all over passing you a menu. The whole experience is fun! I cant think of anything else in London quite like it."

"If you're someone whose definition of indulgence includes a meaty burger, with a portion of cheesy fries and a milkshake, then go to Ed's and enjoy the food. The setting is casual and lively, the ambience bright and colourful. For those of you who love jukeboxes, a tabletop Seeburg 100 Wallomatic plays fifties rock and roll."

"I love this place! The food is great and the staff are friendly. I was once sat at the counter for 45 mins waiting for a friend and they chatted to me the whole time. They serve the type of food you would expect in a diner, burgers, hotdogs etc. Go for the combo meal and you get a burger or hotdog etc with chips and onion rings for about £9. If you are feeling hungry get a milkshake as well (I recommend the malted shakes, well worth the extra pennies). Also, very unusal for London, the soft drinks come with free refills!"

"Had a fantastic meal last night , in Ed's @ Esuton Station. A guy called Kim served us . It was so refreshing to be greeted and treated in a warm friendly manner. The food was fantastic and that was the best milkshake I have tasted in a long, long time! Bravo guys. Thanks for a great meal after a tiring 5 day seminar.

"I went to the eds diner in trocadero and was very impressed by your staff. Angelo is a credit to your company. We arrived with many bags which we tried to stuff under the counter. Angelo moved us to a booth once some customers left! One of our paper bags broke which Angelo spotted and went to get a stapler to fix it...(what a incredibly kind gesture.) The meal it self was perfect (just sad i didnt have room for a shake!). The service was lovely - we were checked on and really cared for. Eds is easily the best eating place in london for sure!
Thank you for making a wondeful day out perfect!"

"Ed’s is a retro American diner. Went for breakfast at the Rupert Street diner on 20th April 2010 with my daughter. We had a very good experience. The staff were polite, helpful and attentive and the food was scrumptious - I had the Wrap n Roll Breakfast. My daughter had a mint milkshake, Junior Stack (pancakes) with syrup and extra scrambled eggs. The diner was spotlessly clean. Will go back! Thank you Ed's staff :)"

"I went along on Saturday night with my 11yr old daughter and we had a fantastic time. The music was great, and we had great fun picking the songs. All of the staff had a fantastic attitude which was fast, attentive and full of upbeat enthusiasm. Even the cooks were singing along to the music. There was a real mix of diners which added to the atmosphere. We will return next time we pop down to see a film at Leicester Square."

A real American Diner experience!! The food was great and the portions were massive. The shakes were unbelievable. The only downside was that the place was really packed although i pressume this was testiment to the fact that the food was great. We got to sit at the bar and watch them cook our food in the open kitchen which was a nice touch. Loved the jukebox.
