Hamburgers Ed’s burgers are delivered fresh – never frozen - every day. They contain no additives and are made to a proprietary recipe that has been in the family for over twenty years.

Fries Our fries are fresh – never frozen. We only use Frites21, fresh low-in-fat fries made from quality Dutch potatoes.

Ice Cream The premium Italian ice cream used in the milk shakes has been developed to our own recipe to ensure a thick creamy delicious shake every time.

Hot Dogs Our beef Hot Dogs are made to a traditional American recipe

Ketchup We only use the World's no. 1 ketchup brand - Heinz®. Because if it isn't Heinz®, it isn't ketchup!

Cooking Oil 100% vegetable oil, 100% free of trans-fats.
